After traveling the world and experiencing salon services from every corner of the globe, the search for the perfect salon experience was still yet to be fulfilled. It seemed as the more salons we visited, the mediocrity of the services left more to be desired. Most of the time, the feeling after leaving a salon was that of inexperience, inconvenience, and frustration.
The decision was finally made to form the Beauty Bar & Boutique, Medispa, Inc., ensuring a remarkable salon experience each and every time.

Meet the Founders
Dr. Jonathan Beaugez
Dr. Beaugez is a native of Ocean Springs, MS. He graduated with honors from Millsap’s College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During his time at Millsap’s College, he was a member of Tri Beta Kappa organization, and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. After graduating from Millsap’s College, Dr. Beaugez attended The University of Mississippi Medical Center and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D.) in 2007. Following graduation, he worked as an associate dentist in Biloxi for over 8 years.
Dr. Beaugez eventually established his own practice in Ocean Springs and has experienced great success. Expanding upon his reputation and his client’s satisfaction, Dr. Beaugez is excited to bring his passion back to Biloxi with his newest venture; The Beauty Bar Boutique Medispa.
Monica Ladd
Ms. Ladd’s career path has taken her down many exciting roads in the beauty industry. From her first successful business as a salon owner in Oregon, teaching nail salon services nationally, to executive management in the international manufacturing of salon products. She has viewed the industry from virtually every lens.
After following her family’s move to Mississippi, Monica was aggressively courted into her exciting new career, casino gaming. It was a natural transition as the customers Monica was providing salon services to would be the same people she would ultimately be designing slot machines for over10 years later.
The culmination of success motivated Ms. Ladd to pursue multiple new projects, to include the patenting of a new nail product developed to protect, enhance and reduce damage to the natural nail plate during the removal process and the creation of the Beauty Bar & Boutique, Medispa
Andria Rodolfich
Mrs. Rodolfich has always been a natural life leader. She has always understood her life’s purpose and an unwavering drive to achieve that directional goal. That goal was crystal clear to Andria, she wanted to make people feel inspired, confident, and beautiful.
Andria became a licensed Cosmetologist specializing in esthetics, brows, and lashes. Although specialized licenses were required the direction was clear. The exciting path was perfect since Andria was married to an amazing “Military Man” and family travel was in her future. Still steadfast on her ultimate career path her first move landed Andria in her impressive role at a 5 Star / 5 Diamond Resort and Spa as a Concierge Trainer. Then onto her current salon management position.
Andria understood that people want to look and feel AMAZINGLY beautiful, too. The knowledge Andria had experienced and accumulated in her previous 10 years led her to her final goal! The cofounder of the Beauty Bar & Boutique, Medispa!
