RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please contact customers service at the address listed below to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). After receiving a RMN number, place the item in its original along with your paid invoice confirmation and mail it to the address listed.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you be email when your return is processed.
- Sale Items are final and cannot be returned.
- We regret that we do not refund shipping fees.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which may not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise. (See Damage Products Policy)
- Please make sure to record your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.
- All refunds will be credited to the original credit card the items/s were purchased with.
- Please allow 2 billing cycles for the adjustment to appear on your statement.
- No COD’s will be accepted.
DAMAGE PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive a product that is damaged or broken you can contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions whereby we provided you shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
